Now that Hamas terrorists and Mahmoud Abbas, Palestinian Authority President of Incitement are assaulting Israel on a wide scale, it is no surprise that the global media is once again mangling or creating their own version of “facts” matched with a total lack of context.
It’s time to re-purpose propaganda into a pure form by REPEATING FACTS over and over everywhere possible in conversations, media outlets, events, social media, churches, and synagogues. Joseph Goebbels, Minister of Propaganda for the German Third Reich, perfected evil propaganda. Now freedom and peace-loving people must rise up and perfect facts!
I am honored to have attended three of Israel’s Government Press Office Christian Media Summits in Jerusalem. Today, as a member of Christian media, I’m offering a few, of many, cogent points. I urge everyone who cares about facts and truth to choose and use some or all of these twelve facts in defense of Israel. Keep in mind, many people don’t even know simple facts:
Iran is behind the violence from Hamas, Hezbollah, and its elite military in Syria.
Hamas puts rockets and launchers among its civilians.
Why? Hamas knows that Israel’s military does not target civilians.
Israel first warns Gazans via air-dropped notices or its “knocking on rooftops” policy to evacuate buildings.
Sometimes Hamas prevents civilians from leaving since it makes better death statistics.
News or comments from Hamas, Abbas, or Iranian leaders should be questioned or viewed as lies.
No Jews have lived in Gaza since Israel’s 2005 unilateral disengagement.
PA President Abbas is a clever dictator, in office for 15 years, running a kleptocracy, and paying terrorists.
Since 2009, Abbas has refused direct negotiations with Netanyahu.
Arabs refused statehood in the United Nations Partition Plan in 1947, and never or now want one. Their goal: no Jews, and all of Israel.
Generations of innocent Palestinian children are schooled in hatred for Jews in textbooks and Palestinian media.
A final fact: 600 million Christians worldwide stand with Israel.
Mark Twain observed, “Facts are stubborn things, but statistics are pliable.” And this quote is often attributed to Twain: “A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes.”
To the Christian tribe worldwide, it’s time to put feet to our prayers. Let us get our shoes on!
