Think on this: “The Day of the LORD (Yahweh) will not come until the apostasy occurs and the Man of Lawlessness is revealed.” (II Thessalonians 2:1-4)
Pray like this: Thank you Father that you are our Great Protector who shields your people from the Destroyer. In Jesus’ name, AMEN!
Thank you, Jim, for your very insightful comments. You are the only scholar that I have heard comment on “knowing who the antichrist is.” I have always thought we would know simply because we have the Spirit of God within us, and we are watching the signs. Other scholars I’ve heard comment on this subject seem to think we will have our heads in the clouds and be unaware of who he turns out to be. I agree with you wholeheartedly! Thank you for a great Video.
The rapture of the church occurs in Rev 4. According to Dan 9:27, the Anti-Christ is revealed in the beginning of the Tribulation right after the rapture when he makes a covenant with Israel and then breaks it after 3 1/2 years regarding sacrifices in the newly built Jewish Temple. The church is already gone, so believers will not know who the Anti-Christ is. Only those left behind who decide to follow Christ will figure it out and be beheaded for their faith, if they are caught by Anti-Christ.
