Since your email probably has some type of spam filter, we ask that you add Jerusalem Connection (info@tjci.org) to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. Below are the top email clients and directions for how to “white list” Jerusalem Connection.
AOL
To make sure email gets delivered to your AOL inbox, simply reply to a Jerusalem Connection email. It doesn’t matter what you write – just sending an email to info@tjci.org will add us to your Address Book and ensure that further emails are not marked as spam.
Yahoo!
In Yahoo! Mail you need to add Jerusalem Connection as a contact to make sure that images in the mail work properly, as well as to stop messages being sent to the spam folder.

Open the email from Jerusalem Connection

Click “Add to Contacts” beside the “From” address near the top of the message.

Click “Save” to save the contact.

Click “OK” to acknowledge the contact was added.
Hotmail Live, Windows Live, and MSN
In Hotmail you need to mark Jerusalem Connection as a safe sender to make sure that images and links in the mail work properly, as well as to stop messages being sent to spam.
- Open the email from Jerusalem Connection
- Click “Show content” at the very top of the message to make sure you can see all of the email.
- Click “Mark as safe” in the message header, near the top of the message.
Gmail
To make sure email gets delivered to your inbox, you must add our email address to your contacts list.
- Open the email from Jerusalem Connection
- Click the drop down arrow next to “Reply” in the upper right side of your inbox screen.
- Click the “Add Jerusalem Connection to your Contacts List” from the list that appears.
- You will now see Jerusalem Connection appear under the link “Contacts” on the left side of the page.
Outlook or Outlook Express
Because of the various email platforms that can work with Outlook, it is tricky to tell you how to receive all email to your Outlook inbox. The best suggestion is to add Jerusalem Connection to your address book. Here’s how:
- Open the email from Jerusalem Connection
- Right click on the from address
- Choose “Add to contacts” option
Mac OS X Mail.app
To make sure you receive Jerusalem Connection mail, you need to add the address to your Address Book.
- Open the email from Jerusalem Connection
- Right click on the “From” address
- Choose “Add to Address Book” option
Earthlink
If you are not receiving email at Earthlink, there are two actions you can take.
- Check “Suspect Email” folder
- Add Jerusalem Connection to your address book
With Earthlink, if you have SpamBlocker turned on, suspect messages are automatically sent to your Suspect Email folder if the domain is not in your address book.
- While in the “Suspect Email” folder, if you see Jerusalem Connection
- Select the “Move to Inbox and Add Contact” option from the pull down menu.
- This will add info@tjci.org to your Address Book.
Comcast
- Click on the link at the top of the message next to From Address.
- For the field titled First Name, please enter Jerusalem Connection
- Click on “Save Entry”
Blackberry
- Open the email from Jerusalem Connection
- Scroll up to the message header
- Get to the field where their name (Jerusalem Connection) is listed. Click the Berry button and then click Show Address
- Select and copy that address (it’s info@tjci.org) to the clipboard
- Go into Address Book and find the user
- Select Save
- Click to edit it, and then click the Berry button to add another email address
- Paste it in and click Save
