Think on this: “My name will be great among the Gentiles, from the rising to the setting of the sun. In every place incense and pure offerings will be brought to my name because my name will be great among the Gentiles, says YAHWEH Almighty.” (Malachi 1:11)
Pray on this: Father, we know that the universal exaltation of your name,YAHWEH, will be an end time phenomena. But give us grace to begin to speak and magnify your name in anticipation of your coming in power and great glory, when every eye will see you. In Jesus’ name. AMEN
Jim – Great message on the name of Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob! And the coming war that will finally exalt that name (and no doubt the name of His/our Messiah, Yeshua) “over all the earth.” Thanks, Brian
Shalom Jim,
With a whole heart I look forward to this great battle and that I pray that my soul will be one of the remnants to survive the challenge. However I suggest that the reverence by which Jews do not try to pronounce the name is because we are commanded by G-d himself to reserve the pronunciation of that word for the high priest and ONLY on Yom Kippur when he comes out of the holy of hollies. Only then is the NAME pronounced and everyone falls on their face and says “Blessed is his Holy name for ever and ever!” If it is said any other time, that is blasphemy and can cause massive damage. We have such reverence for that NAMW and that is the way G-d wants it. I don’t know what is the law regarding non-Jews, but we do know for sure that you are not pronouncing it correctly, which is fine for me. In any case. If you were to pronounce it properly, you may see some huge effects, hurricanes, tsunami’s etc. Nonetheless, Keep praying for us and we will pray for you.
I hope to see you soon in Israel.
Praise the name of YAHWEH. I think that most Christians around the world do not know Almighty God. Even here in America the churches are not teaching or proclaiming the greatness of His name. More so today they marginalize His name and/or profane it.
One day soon He is coming again to make His name great again and then many will know Him for who He is.
“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13- I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.” – Rev 22:12-13 (KJV)

Baruch atah, Adonai Eloheinu
Thank-you R. Baruch for that information. I wasn’t aware that the Jews were commanded by G_d not to say the NAME. I just thought it was because only Moshe knew how to say it properly and since we have no tape recording of Moshe teaching the correct pronunciation, its best not to try. Out of respect for you (the Jews), I don’t try to pronounce His name in front of Jews; only while praying by myself. Could you direct me to that law so I may study it?
