Think on this: “So when you see standing in the holy place the abomination that causes desolation, spoken of by the prophet Daniel — let the reader understand — then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.”…”Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him; and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of him. So shall it be! AMEN.” ( Matthew 24:15-16; Revelation 1:7)
Pray on this: Be pleased our Father to accelerate the events that must take place before Messiah Jesus returns. Grant us grace to know and understand the signs of the times. Even so, come quickly LORD Jesus.
Brother Jim, after much research, study and prayer I believe this is the order of events that must happen before Messiah returns. Note! I believe. I listen to the spot report every week.
May The Lord continue to Bless you. Pray for the pease of Jerusalem.
1. Psalm 83/Isaiah 17 War – Damascus Destroyed
2. The Sixth Seal
3. Third Temple
4. Temple Mount Sacrifices
5. Abomination of Desolation
6. Great Tribulation
Dr Hutchens,
I would also include this prayer. Even Jesus himself told us to pray it.
” Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”
Luke 21:36

May I recommend this book to you. It altered my eschatology view.

Excellent Jim. Not many BP teachers today will interpret Dan 9:27 to actually include the word ‘confirm’ in their eschatology review. Confirm in the Heb means gabar, to be strong, mighty, make firm. So perhaps it is to mean that the veiled Antichrist will confirm the original Abrahamic covenant with the ‘many’ or Israel after the impact of the Gog/Magog war in which the nations arrayed against Israel will know that “…I am the Lord” – Eze 38:23. They will be very afraid and scared, Israel will regain her land and they will be strong.
We will know in due time…
Jim,
I’m still praying for your wife. I hope that she is doing well, and you too.
Rick
Thank you for the prayers Rick!
Dr. Hutchens,
Yes, when we see the nations surrounding Jerusalem, we will know the countdown is beginning. There is one other timetable in 2 Thessalonians that warrants some examination. The Rapture will not take place until a great delusion and rebellion takes place in the religious world and the man of lawlessness is revealed. We would be deceiving ourselves if we Christians thought we might escape the Great Tribulation. The Lord Jesus is coming for a bride who has readied herself, not one that is riddled with the mysticim and self-effort that so often penetrates our churches today. In Revelation, the church is never mentioned after chapter 3, not because she has been raptured, but because she did not repent of the things the Lord warned her about. But the saints are mentioned. God will use the Great Tribulation to separate those who really love Him from the pretenders. That should be of greater concern than when exactly He shall appear. Because of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold; we must learn to stand firm.
