Beautiful! The Jewish people have always understood the value of a permanent home, even (especially!) when none existed for them (i.e., following our long exile from our land by the Romans. The Succah, with its non-substantial walls and roof makes this point all the more clear to us. Yet we decorate this most temporary of dwelling to symbolize our faith that only G-D decides when we will have permanence in this world. In the meantime, we make the best of it wherever we are. Clearly this message has reached others as well – kol haKavod!
I’m learning about my Jewish Roots. Exciting
Shalom veHag Sameach Succot!
We wish to encourage ya ‘ll from Tulsa. We are founders and Ravs of tulsamessianic, having succah celebrations every night. We have a messinic institute BA, MA, and PHD’s that teaches Hebraic roots and Feasts of the Bible and all the turths of G-d’s Word! Yesterday one of our doctoral students gave an excellentstudy in depth on the Feasts and waved lulav! Praise Adonai people are catching up to Adonai’s eternal rehearsal truths in preparation for His great awakening and revival back to the Word in purity and true holiness to get the harvest in!
