II Thessalonians 2:1-4
Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, 2 not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter—asserting that the day of the Lord has already come. 3 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.
James,
Great video! You are on the right track about the Temple. I was in Jerusalem in Oct 2015 and went into an area in the City of David that is not open to tourists. It was found about 5 years ago and they are still excavating. It is 30 feet from the Gihon Spring and includes an olive press, channel for drainage, cut outs in the base rock that may be letters, but most important it includes a stela (upright rock, uncut and unmarked!). It is all dated by to Solomon or earlier! (Ask Eli Shukron)
I also walked into the Silwan (Arab) village on east side of the Valley! I have video to prove it. We were getting pictures and video to prove Christ’s crucifixion site across from the Temple…(I’m the same guy who is telling you about the pronunciation of YHWH, Yehovah…
Shalom,
Gary
I just want to thank-you for all your videos and updates.
May I urge you to be causious about recommending anything from Ken Kline. He believe multiple doctrines you do not agree with. I suggest you Google his name and read some of the reviews about his teachings. I suggest you watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZ7KGrKxCzI
There are many errors in his suppositions and other evidence that the temple was located on Temple Mount, He falsely quotes Josephus. I too was in Jerusalem in January 2016 for three weeks and reviewed this matter. There are four distinct evidences that convince me that the temple was on the traditional temple mount. There are more than these, but these are more than significant to prove the case. First, there has always been a presence of Jews in Jerusalem and there have always been scholars, Jewish and Christian, who were interested in the temple location. All the scholars of time past placed the temple on the traditional site. Secondly, Josephus mentions a stone sign that prohibited Gentlies from entering into the Temple precincts. The stone has been uncovered. It was not down in the old city of David, but on the traditional temple mount. Third, Josephus mentions the SW corner of the temple complex as a place were the priests blew the shofar. This stone has been found, at the SW corner of the traditional temple mount. NOT in the old city of David. And fourth, the traditional temple mount has numerous mikvahs for Jewish cleansing. Why would a Jewish fortress have mikvah baths for Jewish cleansing? Klein’s position is filled with flaws. He reduces the size of the temple complex as given in measurement by Josephus in order to fit it in the old city of David. When in fact, the temple complex measurements given by Joseph is larger than the entire old city of David. Think brethren, think!

This sound similar to Bob Cornuke’s theory which also says the current location of the Dome of the Rock and the Western Wall are actually parts of the Antonian fortress.

What convinced me was Matt 24:1-2 Matthew 24:1-3New King James Version (NKJV)
24 Then Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said to them, “Do you not see all these things? Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down.”
If you assume Jesus was correct, then the Western Wall, could not be part of Herod’s Temple.
I know there is a temple that has to be built before Christ comes back, that is going to be the final thing to provoke our father to send Christ to the earth. I say come Lord Jesus come!
