2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cloves
3 large eggs
1 cup honey
1 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup brewed coffee
¼ cup water


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a bundt pan or loaf pans.
2) In a large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and cloves. In a seperate bowl lightly beat the eggs.
3) Slowly stir eggs, honey, sugar, oil, coffee, and water into the flour mixture.  Stir just until combined.
4) Pour batter into pan and bake in middle of oven until a tester comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
